  They are CROOKS! Sold defective game to a child and would not give refund or store credit for purchase price! Not to mention it was a M+17 game they sold to a minor without parental consent! Manager was anything but helpful! Gave me a number to call where I was told it would be a 15 minute wait. And I still would not have gotten to talk to a general manager or owner! Won't go back to this location EVER AGAIN!!! P.S. I have 6 kids who love video games and a big mouth! Im sure the business they lose will be worth way more than the $20 they stole from my son!!!
